Jonathan Lomurro, Esq. LL.M., Mara E. Zazzali-Hogan, Esq, Michael T. Warshaw Esq, and Philip Jacobowitz, Esq., will be presenting an extensive seminar on E-Discovery.

This is a seminar intended to demystify the emerging world of E-Discovery. Our world is changing monumentally while we sleep. No longer are we discovering paper documents. We now must be sophisticated in discovering digital information and failure to do so may lead to adverse consequences for both attorneys and clients.

This is the new world of computer generated and electronically stored information. This world is vulnerable to manipulation and alteration, as well as being difficult to detect. This is most likely the single most important developing area in law today and will have the greatest impact on your practice currently and in future years.

We will discuss issues concerning the preservation and production of electronically stored information and applicable rules of evidence (both State and Federal).

One fact should demonstrate this new world’ “There have been more digitally stored words in the last seven years than in the history of the world prior thereto”.
